In 2025, founder Caline Cezimbra | known on the roda as Professora Areia | was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. Most people would have stopped moving. She did the opposite. She launched a brand.

Capoeira teaches a quiet truth: the ginga never stops. You absorb the blow and you keep swaying. You don't break — you adapt, and you come back stronger than before. That is not just resilience.
